How to Book Tours
Please visit the website at www.paps2012.org to book tours online. The PAPS2012 Secretariat reserves the right to charge the correct amount if different from the total payment listed on the tour booking form.
Tour Booking Procedures
Upon receipt of the Tour Booking Form with the appropriate payment, the Secretariat will send a Tour Booking Confirmation to the registrant. If you do not receive a confirmation letter from the Secretariat 4 weeks after your booking, please contact the Secretariat.
Please bring the printed Tour Booking Confirmation to the Tour & Information Desk at Regal International East Asia Hotel Shanghai as a proof of your payment.
Cancellation and Refund
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing before May 1, 2012. The refund details are as follows:
